How signing in to KinderBee works

There's no password — you sign in with a one-time emailed link. How it works, and how long you stay signed in.

Your sign-in link didn't arrive, or didn't work

What to check if your sign-in link didn't arrive or didn't work, before contacting your centre.

Your attendance code — what it is and how to get one

What your attendance code is, how to get or replace one, and what happens after five wrong tries.

The tablet at the door — what it does, and what it doesn't

What the tablet at the door does — and the one thing it deliberately does not do.

Telling the centre your child will be absent

How to tell your centre a child won't be in today or on a future day, and what happens after you send it.

Centre hours, closures, and holidays

KinderBee doesn't hold your centre's hours or holiday calendar — where closures actually show up instead.

Who to contact — and what this page can't answer

What this public page can and can't answer, and where to go for anything about your own child or account.

What to write when you write an observation

Six pairs, each a vague observation next to a specific one, plus what to do about the photo and how long this is supposed to take. Written for teachers, about the daily act rather than the theory.

Observation or daily log — which is this?

One question tells the two apart: who is the subject of the sentence. Plus where Note fits, and why it is worth getting right rather than logging everything the same way.
