Centre hours, closures, and holidays

KinderBee doesn't hold your centre's opening hours or holiday calendar, and this page can't tell you them. We'd rather say that plainly than guess at a schedule that isn't ours.

Where closures actually reach you: your centre posts them, and they show up in two places in the KinderBee app.

• Notices — your centre's announcements feed. Closures, weather days, and holiday reminders are typically posted here. Announcements can also arrive by email, if your centre sends them that way.
• Messages — a direct thread with your child's room. If a closure affects your child specifically, this is where you'd hear about it.

If there's nothing in Notices, ask your centre. A closure that hasn't been posted is a closure KinderBee doesn't know about. Phone or ask at the door — don't read an empty Notices feed as "we're open".
