How signing in to KinderBee works

Last updated 2026-10-03

There is no password. KinderBee doesn't have one for you to set, forget, or reset. You sign in by asking for a link, and we email it to you.

To sign in:

  1. Go to your centre's KinderBee sign-in page and enter your email address.
  2. You'll see: "If that address has an account, we've sent a sign-in link."
  3. Open the email and tap the link. That signs you in.

The link is good for 15 minutes, and it works once. After that it's spent, and you ask for a new one. That's deliberate — the link is the key to your child's information, so it's a short-lived key rather than a permanent one sitting in your inbox.

You stay signed in for about 30 days. You won't be asked for a link every morning. Roughly monthly, your device will ask you to sign in again.

Signing in works the same way for everyone — parents and guardians, teachers, and centre administrators all use the same email link. There are no separate staff logins.

What KinderBee doesn't have, so you don't go looking for it:

  • No password, and so no password reset.
  • No "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft".
  • No authenticator app or text-message code. Access to your email inbox is what proves it's you — which is a good reason to keep that inbox secured.

On a shared tablet in a classroom, sign out when you're done. A session that's left open is a session the next person inherits.
